Hi everyone! I've been on Doxycycline for 2 years. I recently noticed a change in my condition and decided to give it a try. I had a complete blood count, my lungs were fine, my temperature was low, my blood pressure was high (100/65) but I felt that my infection was still there, that it was not getting worse. My doctor suggested doxycycline be taken at a low dose but my symptoms were gone. I have been taking it for 12 months now and I am still feeling my best! My question is why was the high dose not given? I am in the process of trying to conceive, so I understand that it is possible that this will happen, but what can I do? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi M. I'm so glad you're taking it. I was prescribed doxycycline at a low dose because it was not working for me. The doctors say it might help, but I don't think that the medicine is that good for you. I'll definitely ask my doc about it and he'll be able to tell me if it's the right treatment for you.

Hello M. B., I've been on doxycycline for 2 years now and my symptoms have improved. My infection has also improved but I'm still feeling my best, and it's definitely something that needs to be addressed. I'm a bit worried about what happens if I take it for long periods of time. I'm a bit confused about what should I do if I have to take it for long periods of time. I don't want to feel this way because I need to keep going, but I feel like I have to make some decisions now. I hope this helps. I also really need to talk to my doctor about it and they can take a look at my condition so I can make an informed decision.

My infection has also improved but I'm still feeling my best. It's just that I'm finding that there is no other option that I could take. I'm also worried about the side effects, I know it's not for everyone, but I hope my doctor can find something that works for me. I'm not sure what the best time to take it is but I'm not afraid of any side effects. Thanks so much, M.
